This policy explains how PixToPrompt handles information when you use the image-to-prompt tool, create an account, or use paid image-generation features.

Your uploaded images

Images you upload are used to analyze the image and generate prompt text. When an image is uploaded through our storage flow, we delete our temporary copy after the analysis request completes on a best-effort basis. We do not sell uploaded images or use them to train our own models.

Prompts you generate

Prompt generation is available without an account. We may process the image URL, selected language, generated description, and prompt output long enough to return the result and operate the service. We may keep aggregated usage counts that do not identify you.

Account and credits

If you sign in, we store account information such as your email address, display name, authentication provider identity, sessions, credit balance, payment records, and generation usage needed to operate the product across sessions.

Information collected automatically

We collect technical logs, request metadata, device/browser information, security signals, and basic analytics events to keep the service reliable, measure product quality, and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, AI model access, analytics, session replay, and payments. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to PixToPrompt. Analytics and session replay are controlled by the cookie preferences described in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete account data associated with your email address. Some records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
