Cookie Policy

How PixToPrompt uses cookies, local storage, analytics and session replay.

This policy explains how PixToPrompt uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies.

Essential storage

PixToPrompt may store essential data needed to run the service, including authentication/session cookies for signed-in users and local storage for product preferences. The cookie banner stores your analytics decision under orbitmate:cookie-consent:v1 so the banner does not keep reappearing.

Optional analytics

PixToPrompt uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity when analytics is enabled. Google Analytics runs with advanced consent defaults before a choice is made, then updates analytics storage only after you accept analytics. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after you accept analytics.

These providers may collect page views, device/browser data, interaction events, approximate location, referrer information, and similar usage signals according to their own policies.

Payments and forms

If paid checkout, account management, or support forms route you to a third-party provider, that provider may set its own cookies on its hosted pages.

Managing preferences

You can accept or reject optional analytics in the cookie banner. You can also clear site data in your browser to reset the choice. Essential cookies and storage cannot be disabled through the banner because they are needed for login, security, preferences, or service delivery.
